About this event

Join us for a transformative afternoon of rhythm, connection, and relaxation! Come drum, move, release, and recharge in a supportive circle led by Lori and Rhonda.

In this unique experience, we’ll begin with a lively drum circle facilitated by Rhonda, where you’ll learn simple, energizing rhythms with hand drums provided for your use. Then, Lori will guide you through a soothing meditation and sound bath using singing bowls and chimes to release stress, open your heart, and align with the lunar energy.

Why a Drum Circle?
Participating in a drum circle touches every pillar of wellness: physical, mental, emotional, social, and spiritual. Drumming is not only fun but also boosts cognitive function, concentration, energy, and memory while reducing anxiety, stress, and even blood pressure. It’s an uplifting experience for every *BODY*!

Meet Your Facilitators:
*Rhonda* is a certified drum circle facilitator, Reiki Master, Qigong, and Simplified Tai Chi Instructor. With 11 years of experience leading drum circles, Rhonda is passionate about the healing and connection that rhythm brings.
*Lori*, your guide for meditation and sound bath, is the owner of Moon Healing Center. Lori brings her experience in yoga, meditation, conscious dance, and crystal therapy to help others connect deeply with themselves and the cycles of nature.
