DRUM ENERGY Sound Session (7pm to 8pm)

You’ll be fully immersed in a sensory experience, surrounded by the harmonious beat of the drum alongside ethereal singing. These resonating vibrations will cleanse and nurture your body, mind, heart, and soul, promoting relaxation, calm, healing and calling back your power.

You will start out in a sitting position for the initial energy cleanse and center then I will ask you to lay down on your mat, close your eyes, relax and listen to the sounds. Embrace the beat of the drum and the energy it gives you to reinvigorate yourself with beautiful and powerful energy.

Bring a mat or blanket to lay on, a pillow for your head and/or under your knees if you so choose and a blanket to stay warm and cozy during the session. Some use an eye cover if you so choose but it's not mandatory.
