As is generally known, women are underrepresented in a number of stages of the corporate pipeline, including in executive positions. One potential contributing factor to this underrepresentation is that women have intrinsically different negotiating styles from their counterparts.

Hosted by Edmonton Women in Finance’s professional subcommittee, join Lynette Tremblay, advocacy expert, who will offer practical tips, strategies, and approaches with respect to how women can improve their negotiating skills in professional environments.

Hors D’oeuvres will be served, and one drink ticket will be provided upon arrival.
