Conventional, Dogmatic, and rigid Agile frameworks do not work well for implementing Business agility. Instead, a tailored approach based on proven patterns is what wins this game. For most enterprises, a focus on open and pragmatic patterns is essential for achieving genuine and lasting business agility. In this One Day Session, this is what our certified trainer and facilitator will help you with Objective Business Agility Definition and Orientation.

• Transformation and enterprise/organizational coaches currently working at the Team level;

• External and internal agile transformation Lead/Consultant

Delivery Model:

This is a full-day course delivered in 8 hours (1 full Day) in Person.

When presented virtually Online on Zoom, the course is split into 4 sessions of 2 hours each or depending on how the instructor sets up the schedule with the audience or client.

Group session or Individual, Special Request

The workshop will also help you identify and understand your organization's needs to adopt business agility and people empowerment, with the Open Leadership Invitation-Based™ approach that Agile Lounge deliver with success since 2018.

We aim to form a group of a maximum of 6 people for this 1-day training/workshop to make it interactive and whole group process learning. We favor groups as your team, that will add up to your team building: forming to norming to performing!

This could be a creative federative individual session or even a solo training.

Most of these included workshops on Value Stream for Customers and Business Mapping with the Flow Mindset developed in his system Next Level Agility™ This system of his own creation, is an evolution inspired by Enterprise Scrum for Business Agility framework by his late mentor and friend Mike Beedle.
