What should I bring?

We recommend bringing a pen and paper to record notes and a water bottle. Our venue is gorgeous and you are welcome to take selfies for social media. We recommend comfortable clothing and a yoga mat as our breath session will be done lying down.

Can children attend the event?

This event is for ages 18 and up.

Where can I park?

There is ample parking at the Barrie Country Club at no charge.

What is your refund policy?

This is a non-profit event and we are unable to accommodate refunds.
