Everyone has a story, what is yours?

Speak, Move and EmpowHEARD is an interactive and engaging workshop designed to help you transform your raw, personal story into a moving, creative storytelling performance.

Participants will participate in movement, creative writing, and theatre exercises that will provide them with more insight into their life stories.

At the end of the workshop, participants will be given the space to share a 10-minute performance OF THEIR STORY with close family and friends.
