Hey there! Join us for a fun and interactive event and do a deep dive into energy, frequency and intuition. Learn how this relates to how we absorb and process information and what's happening around us.
Get tips and tricks for protecting your personal energy and learn how to develop your intuition. Studies show that intuitive decisions are reached faster and are subjectively better than those landed on by purely rational means. Those who actively work on developing their intuition are capable of making better, faster, and more beneficial decisions. Growing your intuition can give you a higher sense of empathy, self-awareness, observation, focus and the ability to live in the present.
We will begin by smudging locally grown herbs on the shore of the beautiful Ottawa River, followed by a brief welcome. We will close out the workshop with a brief meditation, followed by snacks and chats.
NOTE: This event takes place at the west end of DEEP RIVER in a private residence and NOT at the Cobden address shown. We are nestled on the shores of the Ottawa River and will provide the address to you via your registration email, so be sure to check your junk mail.
The semi-secluded location has limited parking available which may require carpooling from a nearby location.
