Enhanced Resilience Training Program for Men

ERT is a powerful combination of self-defence training with a non-verbal therapeutic effect, designed to heal your past and enhance your future.

Join us for a weekend away, where you will immerse yourself in this unique mind/body-based practice that alleviates the symptoms of trauma and PTSD—allowing your nervous system to return to its natural state of safety and calm.

Heal from the Past

Overcome the lingering effects of traumatic experiences

ERT helps you heal and reconnect with both your inner and outer worlds:

  • Create Safety and Connection: Feel inspired to reconnect with your body, thoughts, emotions, and relationships.
  • Release the ‘Victim State’: Let go of hyper-vigilance (or anger) and embrace a sense of safety and calm.
  • Restore Biological Systems: Achieve a healthy state without having to remember, relive or discuss traumatic events.

Prepare for the Future

Respond to threats easily and effectively in the future

ERT equips you with the skills and resilience to handle future challenges with confidence and grace:

  • Reset Your Nervous System: Return to a healthy baseline, clearing ‘default responses’ (like the freeze response).
  • Condition Your Mind and Body: Simple and effective self-defense training prepares you mentally and physically.
  • Understand Your Nervous System: Learn how it works, what it feels like, and how to manage and nurture it to your advantage.

Why ERT?

Rooted in martial arts and backed by Polyvagal Theory, the ERT™ formula prescribes the ideal mix of physical activities and theory training. Individuals who engage with this training experience a noticeable transformation in their bodies and emotions within a very short period of time.

Transform Your Quality of Life

Become smarter, more articulate, happier, balanced, and physically healthier.

  • Enhanced Brain Function: Improve your mental clarity, and optimize learning, thinking, and speaking abilities.
  • Better Sleep: Fall asleep easily, stay asleep longer, and enjoy deeper sleep (which will benefit everything from energy levels to digestion and skin health.)
  • Increased Patience and Understanding: Tap into greater empathy for yourself and others.
  • Increased Moods: Experience greater emotional balance and feelings of joy in your daily life.
  • Improved Quality of Life: Enjoy a new sense of optimism and vitality, and an increased capacity to build a fulfilling life.
