- What ? guided BREATHWORK workshop for your company to allowed you to let go physical, and mental pain, or tension using the power of the moon.
- Why ? In this Breathwork classes for business people, you will liberate, heal and make peace with your inner child, while finding ways to be more efficient at work !
- How ? Let me help you to gently get out of your comfort zone to be more proactive as a business owner. starting with meditation, Then exercise to reconnect with yourself using the power of the moon. We will celebrate this new cycle using energy rituals to attract good vibration for the new, and Release the old. Followed by breathwork therapy (circular conscious breathing). Finishing with journaling, and/or relaxation.
- When ? Every full moon each month. It can be combine with the weekly, or bi-weekly breathwork events (5 visits) of your choice on Mondays, or Sundays in english, French, or spanish. Ending last session of the month with a counselling, follow up group meeting. To agreed with our goal for the next steps.
