The sessions will provide an overview of the Ministry of the Environment, Conservation and Parks' four proposals to modernize and streamline environmental permissions including:
- Streamlining environmental permissions for stormwater management works through exemptions and self-registration in the Environmental Activity and Sector Registry (EASR)
- Expanding self-registration in the EASR for waste transportation systems
- Expanding self-registration in the EASR for water takings
- Expanding and improving to the permit-by-rule (self-registration) framework
Sessions are available on the following dates and the same content will be presented during each session:
