Crip Livelihoods is a series of online accessible creative skills workshops designed by and for Deaf and Disabled artists.

In this two-part workshop, we'll focus on cultivating authenticity and navigating difficult conversations—two essential skills for personal and professional growth in the arts.

In this session, you'll gain new insights to help you create a personal manifesto that reflects your core values. This framework can help you stay grounded and true to yourself, no matter where your creative path takes you.

About Sarah

A former dancer, dance producer and television puppeteer, Sarah co-founded Sync Leadership a disabled-led leadership and coaching programme that has worked extensively in the UK, Australia, South Korea, Singapore, Jordan and Palestine and Canada.

Sarah is a Trustee for StopGap Dance Company, Chair of Access All Areas Theatre Company and Diversity Associate for Clore Leadership heading up their Inclusive Cultures programme, now in its fourth year. Sarah has always been fascinated by the spaces that unite and divide us all and what gets in the way of us being authentic in our professional lives.
