The Gender and Public Policy Initiative holds public policy roundtables each semester to engage students in public policy analysis using a gender lens. The roundtables are facilitated by members of G&PP who have a particular interest in the roundtable topic.
Join us on January 27 as our students host,"Exploring the Gender Wage Gap: From Equal Pay for Equal Work to Equal Access." This roundtable will discuss the root causes of the gender wage gap with a particular focus on barriers to equal access faced by women with intersectional identities.
Our student facilitators will be joined by Nancy Austin, the Executive Lead of the Gender Wage Gap Strategy Steering Committee.
A light lunch will be provided to participants.
