Welcome to the Expressive Arts Workshop with Groups and Water Ceremony! Join us at the McGregor Park Community Centre for a day filled with creativity and healing. This workshop is a unique opportunity to explore the power of art in a group setting and participate in a water ceremony. Connect with others, express yourself through various art forms, and experience the transformative energy of water. No prior art experience is necessary - just bring an open heart and a willingness to explore. We look forward to seeing you there!

About the Event:

Join Veronica for a two hour expressive arts workshop. She will guide the group through theme(s) introduction, contemplative movement (meditation and/or yoga), technique demonstration, creative process, group discussions (sharing circle) and take-home recommendation(s).

What is Expressive Arts Therapy?

Expressive Arts therapy is an integrated, multimodal approach that uses various methods including (but not limited to) writing, music, visual art, drama, photography, movement, storytelling, role playing, dance, music, meditation and mindfulness to help individuals attain personal growth and healing.
