F45 Parkdale Welcome Week — Unlimited Classes for First Timers!

For just $30, you get unlimited access to F45 classes for 7 days — no strings, no gimmicks, just an easy way to experience what we’re all about.

Who’s Welcome Week For?

Everyone — from total beginners to seasoned athletes. Whether it’s your first workout in months (or years, or ever), or you’re looking to mix things up, we’ll meet you where you are. Our workouts are fully customizable to your pace, and we’re pros at helping first-timers feel comfortable.

We consistently welcome 5–10 newbies every week all year long, so you won’t be alone — we’ve got you.


How It Works:

  1. Register via Eventbrite and we’ll follow up to get you into our system.
  2. You’ll receive a confirmation email with next steps, including how to download the F45 Training app and book your classes.
  3. Want a tip? If you’re easing back into fitness, our Strength Days (Tuesday, Thursday, Sunday) are a great place to start.

Monday: PUSH (Cardio - 45 min)

Tuesday: STRONG (Strength - 45 min)

Wednesday: BURNER (Cardio - 45 min)

Thursday: LIFT (Strength - 45 min)

Friday: COMBO (Cardio + Strength - 45 min)

Saturday: POWER HOUR (Hybrid - 60 min)

Sunday: TOTAL (Recovery + Strength/Core - 45 min)

Frequently asked questions

How do I book my classes during Welcome Week?

The first step is to sign up for Welcome Week via Eventbrite. We'll then get in touch to get you set up with your Welcome Week Pass and then you'll be able to book your classes using the F45 Training app.

How can I prepare for my first class?

Please arrive 10 minutes early, and bring along clean indoor shoes to change into as well as a water bottle. We provide sweat towels and we ask all participants to use one. Our Coaches will know it is your first class - we'll take good care of you!

Where can I park?

Free street parking is readily available on Queen (depending on time of day) and on side streets surrounding the studio. There is also a Green P directly behind the studio, accessed via a laneway off Sorauren.Please leave yourself lots of time to find parking so that you're not rushed!
