•Opening time for this event is 5:30pm - you are able to line up as early as 5:00 pm
Good to know:
•This is our 15th family focused event with WEM - we know how to keep it fun with a low crowd so everyone enjoys their time! Our October 25th event will be SUPER low capacity and tickets are extremely limited. There are only 700 available. Capacity of the Waterpark is over 3500, so this means little to no lines for slides and very low crowding. Once the tickets are sold out, there will be no more available!
•Only ticket holders for this event will be allowed to enter the Waterpark for the duration of the event. You must bring your physical tickets with you to get in!
•Your email from Eventbrite with your payment receipt is not your ticket for entry. You need physical tickets from the event holder to be granted entry to the event. You can select how you'd like to receive your ticket at checkout (mail-out option or physical pick up)
•Slides & pool will remain open on event day until 8:30pm; there is plenty of time after this time for shower, changing, etc

Tickets:
Tickets are offered at a DEEP discount for this day only! (Approx half the price of regular admission, which is currently $64 plus GST!) + a small Eventbrite fee.
**Kids 2 and under are FREE and do not need tickets**
*Tickets purchased by October 10 can be mailed to you directly via Canada Post - be sure to include your correct contact information and mailing address when purchasing your tickets if you are choosing to have them mailed to you. Please ignore the auto-message from eventbrite about "will call" - mail out tickets will NOT be available at will call - they will be MAILED out to you!
If you choose to pick up your tickets instead of having them mailed out, you will receive an email around the middle of June with the option to either pick your tickets up at the venue before going in, or pick up beforehand directly from the event host in Northwest Edmonton. If you do not see emails from us, check your junk folder!
If you have not received your tickets or an email by October 18, 2024, please contact the event organizer ASAP.
You need physical tickets to be granted entry; there is no exception to this.

WEM regulations:
-All family members over the age of 2 will require a ticket to enter the Waterpark, whether they plan to swim or not.
-No outside food or beverages are allowed into the waterpark
-Children 11 or older do not need to be accompanied by an adult; children 7-10 years of age must be accompanied by a person 16 years or older; children 0-6 years old must be accompanied by a person 18 years or older and within arms reach at all times (new WEM Youth Policy re: youth under age 16 needing to be accompanied by someone 18+ will NOT apply to this event)

Tickets to this event need to be pre purchased; they will NOT be available at the door on the day of the event.
**Please note that the Eventbrite emails will not be accepted in replacement for physical tickets for entry on the day of the event. WEM employees are responsible for granting entry and you need the physical West Edmonton Mall tickets to give to them when you go in. They do not make any exceptions to this.

Frequently asked questions
NO. If you chose mail out tickets, your tickets were mailed to the address you provided. There are no copies of anyone's tickets, so please be sure to check your mail and bring your tickets with you to WEM on event day - you cannot get in without them and emails do not replace physical tickets
Yes. Everyone aged 3+ needs a ticket to be granted entry on event day.
Absolutely! You can purchase tickets via e-transfer instead and skip the website fees completely. Please email me first to let me know how many tickets you'd like to buy: michellee13@hotmail.com
You can contact me after October 1 to arrange to pick up the tickets from me personally in North Edmonton, OR you can pick your tickets up on event day before lining up to go in - we will be at the host table beside the bridge, close to the entrance to the Waterpark
Mail out tickets will be mailed starting on October 1 and should arrive within 1 week of being mailed out. Please check your mail as they are delivered via Canada Post. If you have not received them by October 18, please double check the mailing address you provided and contact us ASAP.

Please contact WEM's customer service directly for questions about reserving/renting a Cabana during our event or any questions you have about the facility itself.
Unfortunately, every person entering needs their physical tickets to get in - if you forgot your tickets at home or in your mail box - see if you can go back to get them! There are NO COPIES of anyone's tickets and emails showing proof of purchase will not be accepted by WEM staff to grant entry
Tickets cannot be duplicated - if your mail-out tickets were forgotten at home or lost, the only option is to re-purchase tickets. This will be subject to availability and we do tend to sell out for our events - so keep them in a safe place and don't forget to bring them on event day!
First: double check the mailing address you provided - that is where they were sent! If that is correct please contact us NO LATER than October 18 so we can see where they are/discuss options - this will be difficult to do/limited options if you wait until the event is starting to let us know! TIA
There are no refunds for purchased tickets; however, if you have the physical tickets they can certainly be re-sold and used by anyone holding the tickets. If they are pick up tickets, the person who purchased can also contact us to let us know to hold them under a different name.
