The Families Gallery is open for general visitation from 10:30am-5:00pm, Tuesday-Sunday. Pre-booking is not required during these hours.
In order to accommodate those who still wish to continue to use the Families Gallery privately within their own social bubble, pre-booking is required for the 9:30 AM - 10:30 AM timeslot.
With a Families Gallery reservation, you will be able to explore the rest of the Civic Museum during your visit. You will also receive a voucher for a future visit to McCrae House.
- Please do not visit the Museum if you are feeling unwell.
- We encourage you to continue to take measures to protect your health, including masks, hand sanitizer, and physical distancing.

If you cannot attend your scheduled visit, or if you are running late, please let us know. Those who do not arrive within 10 minutes of their visit start time, and have not notified Guelph Museums, will forfeit their reservation.
