6 week series : 3 hour sessions

Becoming aware of ancestral patterns, that are carried through your lifetime is a powerful way forward towards healing. Repeating cycles in family generations and honoring or bringing them from the subconscious to the conscious realms can reveal a part of yourself that you didn’t really understand. As you come together in a small intimate group setting, what needs to be acknowledged, seen, felt and/or heard will be released as it surfaces.

By letting emotions flow as they are coming up and holding space for yourself and those around you, the body has a space and place to let go what is no longer serving it. In this process, everyone is included, those who have come before us, those who walk beside us and those who show us the way. In creating better boundaries and family order through family constellations, you are essentially preparing a better environment for a healthier relationship with yourself and that in turn, trickles out to others.

In this series we will explore family lines, (mother, father & siblings). We will dive into an issue that you wish to gain clarity on and we will end the series with your connection to your higher self. Powerful transformations can take place as you experience multiple family constellation sessions. This series is beautiful way to be introduced to this work and see patterns and relationships in a healing way.
