Family Lunch at the Calgary Zoo

This event is being held alongside our annual Welcome Event for military families who are new to Calgary, the military, or both. We would like to invite you to join us in welcoming these families to our military community.

Please meet at Grazer's Restaurant for either the Welcome Event, or later for lunch. (Please see the area circled in red on the map below.)

Schedule:

10:30 a.m. - 11:15 a.m.: Welcome Event - even if you're not new to Calgary, you and your family are welcome to join us for this information session during which you can meet the staff of the Calgary MFRC, find out about new and existing programs, and meet families who are new to the community.

11:15 a.m. - 12:45 p.m.: Lunch - we are having a catered lunch at Grazer's Restaurant, located just next across from the Dorothy Harvie Garden.

12:45 p.m. - 1:30 p.m.: Scavenger Hunt - team up with another family, or work on your own, to solve our Calgary Zoo Scavenger Hunt. If you return it to the MFRC Staff waiting at Grazers before the end of the event, you'll be entered in a draw to win a prize!

Prices:

Military Adult (18+): $20.00

Military Child (3-17): $15.00

Military Baby (2 and under): Free

Family of Four (2 adults, 2 children): $60.00 (additional family members at full prices listed above).

For the purposes of this event, "Military" refers to currently serving CAF members, Veterans, and their immediate family members (spouse/partner, children and parents).
