Frequently asked questions

Do I have to commit to more than 1 group session?

No! You can drop in anytime. You get 50% off if you pay for 12 monthly sessions.

What do you mean by "seasoned" mental health professional?

Depending on your location, you may belong to a mental health college or association. Please ensure that you have at least 5 years post graduate/licensed therapy practice and some consultation experience. You don't have to have supervision training although that is an asset.

How is confidentiality maintained in this drop in group?

Supervisors never share identifying info about the case they're discussing. They change names, ages and other characteristics to ensure anonymity. If we are reviewing a recording of a session, we will ensure that no one recognises the appearance of the supervisee before showing the recording.

How do practitioners prepare for the group?

If you have a topic to discuss, please email jennifer@peak-resilience.com to notify her of your topic and when you'll attend. If we're able to

What is the refund policy?

Please commit to attending the group as much as possible. If you need to cancel, we issue a refund up to 7 days prior to the group. If you have paid for 12 sessions, you can use them within 2 years of purchase.
