About this event

Do the winter blues have you down? Are you feeling overwhelmed by all the “noise” around you? Join us at Mindfulness Hour every Tuesday from 11 am-12 pm at the Spiritual Centre (Room E211, 2nd floor, Student Commons) to learn how to calm your mind and decrease stress with guided mindfulness sessions!


Mindfulness Hour Schedule:

  • January 16, 23, and 30.
  • February 6, 13, and 20.
  • No mindfulness sessions on Midterm Break (February 26 to March 1)
  • March 5, 12, 19, and 26.
  • April 2 and 9.


These drop-in sessions are open to all students, no experience necessary.
