First Holy Communion Parent Information night is available at 6:00 PM on Oct 8, 9, and 10.
• Maximum of 50 parents to attend per hour.
• Attend parent information night (in Parish Hall).
• Please bring to this information night:
• Completed Registration Form (Print the form from the download link in the ticket email and fill the form)
• Copy of Baptism Certificate, translated if certificate is not in English.
• Pay $50.00 as the registration fee for First Holy Communion.
• Arrive at least 30 minutes before your registered time slot.
• Present a printed copy or display it on your mobile device to the usher.
• Last date of registration is Oct 2, 2024.
