Overview: Have you ever noticed how heavy November can feel? How the time change can impact your mood and energy level? This time of the year brings its own set of challenges. This breathwork workshop is designed as a safe and welcoming space to help you navigate seasonal changes, especially as the shift to winter time can affect your balance. Through this breathing practice, you will be invited to embrace these transitions with gentleness by calming your nervous system, reconnecting with your body, and cultivating inner stability amid external changes. This workshop is an invitation to find harmony and approach this period of the year with serenity.


The facilitator, Marie, will use a combination of releasing techniques such as intuitive movement, somatic work, meditation and mindfulness. The session will have the effect of calming the nervous system, releasing stress stored in the body, energizing, gaining mental clarity, strengthening intuition, healing trauma and more.


At the beginning, the facilitator will bring you to better understand your nervous system, providing tools to regulate yourself, reconnecting you with your body sensations and releasing stress stored in your body. You will also review the technique, and what you might experience. You will have time to ask questions and ensure you feel comfortable with the technique. There is NO CONTRAINDICATIONS to the practice. The facilitator will suggest two types of breathing depending of your medical condition. You will then move on to the 75-minute breathing session. After the session, you will have the opportunity to share your experiences, relax or journal.


The practice of breathwork leads you to release emotional charges, to have greater vitality, to develop a better capacity to live in the present moment on a daily basis, to gain confidence in the intelligence of your body, to promote inner alignment, to obtain more mental clarity, to reduce stress & anxiety and to promote sleep.


As the breath settles in you, you may begin to feel a sense of deep relaxation, a release of pent-up burdens and a greater self-awareness. This will guide you to soothe your nervous system, release tension from your body and be in the present moment. After this experience, you’ll feel totally balanced.


This is more than just a breathwork session; it’s also a journey of self-discovery and transformation that will stay with you even after this workshop.


The "Flow into the change" workshop will ground you, support your body’s rhythms, and help you enter the season with peace and stability. With simple techniques and a unique guidance, you’ll be equipped to face the changes with confidence.

You also need to arrive NO EARLIER than 5:45 PM. You will be asked to sign up and get yourself comfortable in the studio. The session will start promptly at 6:00 PM and will end at 9:00 PM.


✨ For the session, you will need a yoga mat and a small pillow. Comfortable clothes, an eye cover, a blanket, a notebook and a bottle of water could also enhance your experience.


Meet your facilitator:

Marie is a conscious and connected breathing facilitator, somatic coach, teacher and counsellor. She is passionate about human relationships, personal development, nature, and she is addicted to backpacking trips. Her studies as a teacher in special education, as well as in social work, allow her to combine the help, creativity and dedication needed in those fields into her work as a breathwork facilitator. It was after having experienced multiple concussions that she discovered the power of breathwork, then somatic work, in order to help her regulate her nervous system and free herself from the stress stored in her body. She is now starting a mission to share the power of these two modalities which serve her so much on a daily basis. She offers personalized breathwork sessions, group sessions, somatic coaching and counseling sessions. Marie has completed a 400 hour course as a breathwork facilitator with Essence du Souffle. Her school is registered by the Global Profsessionnal Breathwork Alliance (GPBA) and the International Breathwork Foundation (IBF).

What is Breathwork?

Breathwork is a powerful internal transformation tool. It acts like an alternative medicine on the body and the mind. It allows you to overcome the emotional blockages of yesterday, tomorrow, and today. Certain emotions are often repressed, consciously or not, and they remain trapped in the body in the form of undesirable sensations or energy. This has harmful effects on our quality of life because the body constantly aspires to release these charges. The breath therefore makes it possible to reconnect, in complete safety, with these charges, by accepting them, transforming them, or releasing them. May future generations have access to this transformational tool!
