Carolyn + Kelbey are coming to Kou on the final day of the year to serve up some sweet slow flow yoga and medicinal sound. Wear clothes you can move and stretch in, bring a friend and stay for the heart vibes. This year, KOU has been a healing haven for many - come see what it's all about.

Mats and blocks are included - provided by KOU Studios x Half Moon.

Tea will be provided before & after class.
