We welcome each of you to join us for this day long retreat in Kerrisdale, Vancouver. You will be held in a safe and loving container as you gently connect to your heart and your own innate wisdom. This beautiful day of self-care, self-love and indulgence opens up an opportunity for you to move gracefully into the highest version of yourself....that which you are ready for.
Dan and I will be your hosts as you move through a day starting with an individual message from the Oracle Cards followed by a guided meditation. Dan will then guide you through a gentle yoga session and breathwork. You will then be guided on a 'Plant Medicine Journey' as you listen to uplifting music and lovingly release all that you are ready to let go of. There will be a deeper Oracle Card Reading for everyone before we enjoy nutritious snacks.
An overview of your day:
• Opening Ceremony & Intention Setting
• Guided Meditations and Visualizations ~ that will allow you to connect to that Divine Sovereign space right there inside of you
• Yoga practice ~ you will be guided by Dan as you move through a sequence of poses that will open your heart in a deeper way
• Plant Medicine Journey ~ the plant medicine is a sacred ‘tool’ that will be used to open you up to your Higher Self, connecting you even deeper to your intuition as you go on your own unique journey
• Gentle Sound Healing using a crystal bowl will also be offered during the Plant Medicine Journey
• Hands on energy healing will also be offered during the Plant Medicine Journey for those who want it
