About this event

This parent and caregiver workshop is designed to give a brief overview on what Applied Behaviour Analysis is and how we use the concepts and strategies in behavioural intervention. The overview includes looking at functions of behaviour, positive reinforcement, and strategies to address challenging behaviours based on function. Learning outcomes include learning new function-based strategies for challenging behaviours, how to assess antecedents and consequences and how to utilize positive reinforcement.


Tech Requirements: Must have the ability to connect to Zoom (Computer or handheld devices, such as a tablet or cellphone).
