Have you or your child ever experienced anxiety? Do you feel your child’s anxiety impacts your family’s quality of life? If so, join us at Canopy Support Services for an insightful workshop on managing anxiety.

This workshop is specifically designed for parents of children and youth with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). We will discuss what anxiety looks like, share strategies to help manage both your and your child’s anxiety, and provide tools to decrease anxiety in the future.

Workshop Highlights:

  • Understanding anxiety and its impact on children with ASD
  • Practical strategies for managing anxiety
  • Tools and techniques to reduce anxiety over time
  • Interactive discussions and Q&A sessions

Requirements: Participants must have the ability to connect to Microsoft Teams using a computer or handheld device such as a tablet or cellphone. If you are registered with the Ontario Autism Program (OAP), please have your OAP Reference Number handy for the registration process.
