Deep Stretch
This peaceful class is all about releasing what does not serve us physically, mentally and spiritually. In the first half of class, I will guide you through seated stretches and flows to promote relaxation in all major muscle groups. The remainder of class we will hold Yin postures for several minutes to allow our connective tissues to release and lengthen. This practice is excellent for cultivating inner peace, and for increasing feelings of health & well-being.
This class is beginner level and is suitable for adults (16 years +) of any fitness level who are able to safely get down onto their mats and up to standing again unassisted. Teens age 13 to 15 are welcome to attend with the consent of their parent or guardian - please email to lemonadeyogafun@gmail.com.
We will begin promptly at 8pm; please arrive 10 minutes early.
Please bring to class:
- yoga mat
- water bottle
- hand towel
- blanket or warm layer for final Savasana
