Who Can Attend?

To be eligible for case-managed employment services, you must:
✔ Be a resident of Ontario
✔ Be of legal working age
✔ Be eligible to work in Canada (including those with an open work permit)

We also welcome newcomers, youth, racialized individuals, people with disabilities, and those on Ontario Works or ODSP.


You should bring the following documents (if available) to ensure a smooth intake process:

Required Documents for Intake:

Government-Issued Photo ID (e.g., Ontario Driver’s License, Ontario Photo Card, Passport, or Permanent Resident Card)

Proof of Legal Work Status in Canada (one of the following):

  1. Canadian Birth Certificate
  2. Canadian Citizenship Certificate
  3. Permanent Resident (PR) Card
  4. Open Work Permit (Employer-Specific Work Permits are NOT eligible)

Social Insurance Number (SIN) – Required for employment services.

Updated Resume (if available) – If you don’t have one, we can help you create one.

Ontario Works (OW) or Ontario Disability Support Program (ODSP) Documents (if applicable) – For clients receiving social assistance.


Additional Documents (if applicable):

  • Educational Credentials – Diplomas, degrees, or certifications relevant to your job search.
  • Foreign Credential Assessments – If applicable, bring your WES, ICAS, or other credential evaluation.
  • Professional Licenses or Trade Certifications – If you are in a regulated profession.
  • Employer Reference Letters – If available, these can support your job applications.


Important Notes:

  • If you don’t have all these documents, you can still attend and start the process. Our team will guide you on how to obtain any missing documents.
  • No appointment needed – Just drop in Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM.
