Do you experience a frequent urge to pee? Pelvic pain during sex? Leakage of urine, stool or gas?
Are you preparing or recovering from giving birth? Entering into menopause? All of these are common pelvic floor issues!
We will be discussing common pelvic floor concerns in a FREE, informative two-hour session with expert Physiotherapist Kelsie McGee.
In this workshop, Kelsie will provide factual information and debunk common misconceptions about pelvic health. She will show us the anatomy of the pelvic floor to help us better understand the way our pelvic floor works as a bodily system, share tips for maintaining healthy bladder and bowel habits, and guide us on how to navigate both public and private pelvic health services in Alberta. She'll also address why Kegel exercises aren't always the solution!
Pelvic health is for all genders and all bodies, and so is this workshop.
Register for your spot and learn how to provide your body the attention and care it deserves!
