The Frost Supermoon is the November Full Moon. The last of 4 Supermoons in a row and the last Full Moon before the arrival of Winter.

Mother Nature now rests, letting go of what has served her, as she heads into her long winters nap to recharge. If we take our cues from Mother Nature - this is also the time for us to release and reflect as we prepare for the colder months.

This Supermoon magnifies these themes of rest and rejuvenation, offering us a beautiful opportunity to slow down, go inward and release what has finished serving us, so we may rejuvenate and better prepare for what the future will bring.
