Why the Buck Moon?

July’s Buck Moon rises in steadfast Capricorn, calling us to move from quiet reflection into focused action. Just as a young buck grows sturdy antlers, we’re invited to build structure, strengthen discipline, and step into responsibility for our personal and collective growth.

What to Expect

Grounding Check-In - Arrive, breathe, set intentions under Capricorn’s determined energy.
Hatha–Vinyasa Sequence - Slow, deliberate postures weave into dynamic flow—cultivating core strength and functional stability.

Yang Energy Activation - Short, heat-building bursts remind the body of its power after seasons of rest.

Guided Reflection & Journaling - Prompts explore where structure supports—rather than restricts—your growth.

Closing Breathwork - Seal intentions with steady exhale, anchoring discipline as embodied practice.

What to Bring
  • Yoga mat & any preferred props (studio mats available if needed)
  • Journal + pen
  • Water bottle
  • Wear comfortable layers—expect gentle heat-building movement
