Hello, my name is Tiagra and I am the host of Full Moon Yin :) This class is an ode to both your body and the moon, a chance for you to slip away from everything while slipping into yourself.

Join me for a beautiful evening of Yin Yoga in the heart of Steveston village. You will immerse yourself in the energy of the full moon, as I guide you through a relaxing Yin practice, aimed to stretch deep within the muscles and joints, while also providing time for the mind to rest. This is a perfect opportunity to unwind, release tension, and connect with your inner experience, think of this class as your monthly reset and refresh.

Full Moon Yin is a 6-class series held monthly in honor of the full moon, each 90-minute class includes meditation, pranayama (breathwork), asana (yoga postures), sound bowls, tarot, and "mind journaling". This class is friendly for all humans regardless of skill level, and can be enjoyed as a single class, or as a compete series.

Frequently asked questions

Do I need to bring anything?

Bring your mat, the studio is equipped with a set of blocks, and one bolster per attendee. That being said I welcome folks to bring their own props for extra comfort. There are a few extra mats in studio in case you don't have one.

What can I expect from this class?

You can expect to sit through meditation, and breathwork before moving into our Yoga practice, which is a series of long hold deep stretches. Class will be supported by the music of the sound bowls, as well as opportunities for deeper awareness through "mind journaling", and some intuitive Tarot.

Who is this class for?

This class is safe and inclusive for all humans, regardless of skill level. Come as you are, prepared to rest deeply, and to cultivate a better understanding of both body and mind.

What if I don't want an intuitive message?

The reading is very short and sweet, and takes place at the end of Shavasana. If you want to opt out that is absolutely fine, please let me know before class begins so I can ensure your boundary is upheld.

What should I wear?

Come ready to chill, you're welcome to bring extra blankets, or sweaters to keep you cozy. There will be some movement in the class, while it won't be intense you should chose clothes that allow you to move and stretch comfortably.

Parking

There is paid and free parking in the area. The studio is on the third floor so expect stairs, and the building is across from Win Win Chicken in Steveston.
