About this event
H ello, my name is Tiagra and I am the host of Full Moon Yin :) This class is an ode to both your body and the moon, a chance for you to slip away from everything while slipping into yourself.
J oin me for a beautiful evening of Yin Yoga in the heart of Steveston village. You will immerse yourself in the energy of the full moon, as I guide you through a relaxing Yin practice, aimed to stretch deep within the muscles and joints, while also providing time for the mind to rest. This is a perfect opportunity to unwind, release tension, and connect with your inner experience, think of this class as your monthly reset and refresh.

This class is safe and inclusive for all humans, regardless of skill level. Come as you are, prepared to rest deeply, and to cultivate a better understanding of both body and mind.
The reading is very short and sweet, and takes place at the end of Shavasana. If you want to opt out that is absolutely fine, please let me know before class begins so I can ensure your boundary is upheld.
Come ready to chill, you're welcome to bring extra blankets, or sweaters to keep you cozy. There will be some movement in the class, while it won't be intense you should chose clothes that allow you to move and stretch comfortably.
Each mat station will be set with a pair of blocks and a bolster for your use, there are also extra mats at the studio if you need one. Feel free to bring any extra props from home if you want to increase the level of support you'll feel in class.
