His infectious stage presence and meticulous song selections have won him over crowds across North America, with his consistent ability to throw down the grooviest and dirtiest of funk & bass bringing to life some of the most positive and upbeat dance floors Toronto has seen in ages. Always hitting hard with a curated injection of funky nostalgia straight to the heart, his sets have gained him some serious recognition, and have landed him alongside many of the industry heavyweights, sharing stages with the likes of Skratch Bastid, Stickybuds, ASkillz, Father Funk, K+Lab and The Sponges just to name a few. Whether throwing down at a festival or in packed venues, HiDef is a guaranteed party starter, unleashing an audible tornado of bangin basslines, flat out funky breaks and enough old school bangers to choke a donkey.

Desmo is a rising force in the St. Catharines music scene, known for delivering electrifying sets that fuse the pulsating energy of tech house with the melodic grooves of future house. With a dynamic sound that keeps crowds moving, Desmo has become a local favorite, playing standout gigs throughout 2024 at Mansion House Presents: Boogie Sundaze and commanding the decks for open-to-close marathon sets at Nitro. Drawing inspiration from industry heavyweights such as MK, John Summit, and Boys Noize, Desmo's performances are a blend of infectious rhythms and bold beats, crafted to ignite dance floors. Whether spinning late into the night or kicking off the weekend vibes, Desmo is steadily building a reputation as a must-see talent in the electronic music scene.

DJ Jay NuFunk is a Toronto-based concert promoter, musician, DJ, and avid rare vinyl collector. A founding member of NuFunk Concerts, The Make It Funky Collective, and Groovin in the Park Festival, he has collaborated with world-renowned DJs, including Mixmaster Mike, Skratch Bastid, Bonobo, DJ Shadow, and Z-Trip. His performances include iconic locations like the Statue of Liberty in New York and the Shub Out Festival in Kingston, Jamaica. From 2013 to 2018, Jay was part of New York's No Wahala DJs Crew, hosting the popular UNWIND parties—a 7-hour dancefloor event featuring reggae, dub, afrobeat, hip-hop, and house. Known for creating electrifying vibes, the crew performed at venues like Brooklyn Bowl and Bowery Electric and shared stages with UB40, Snoop Dogg, and Easy Star All-Stars. Jay has toured Canada with afrobeat band High Plains Drifter and reggae groups like Reggaddiction and House of David Gang. In the U.S., he performed with NYC’s FutureType and Woodstock's Royal Khaos. Whether spinning tracks or curating events, Jay brings a unique energy, blending genres and creating unforgettable musical experiences.
