Do I need a ticket to attend the event?

Yes, please make sure to register for a free ticket through Eventbrite as we have limited capacity.

What time does the event start and end?

The event will run from 6:00 PM to 9:30 PM on November 6, 2024.

Where is the event taking place?

The event will be held at the atrium of the Telus Centre, University of Alberta.

What kind of food will be available?

We’ll have a variety of snacks and food available at different booths. Everything will be Halal.

Can I bring guests who are not grad students?

This event is exclusively for graduate students at the University of Alberta. Our goal is to create a space where grad students can interact and engage with one another. As such, only UofA graduate students will be admitted to the event.

Is parking available?

There are parking spaces available nearby, but space is limited. We recommend using public transport if possible.

What should I wear?

There’s no specific dress code, but we suggest comfortable, casual attire to enjoy the games and activities.

Do I need to bring anything?

Just bring yourself and your ticket (printed or on your phone)
