Unfurl in the dark of the January New Moon with a candlelight guided Retorative Yoga practice that culminates in a fully supported gentle SOUND BATH with 432Hz crystal tones singing bowls, various chimes and other easy elements of sound, plus Sandhi's Sanskrit chanting in the beautiful sanctuary of Oshun House (Saskatoon).

Through hearing and feeling these vibrations of sound, you are invited to receive deep states of rest, stillness, and connection. Effortlessly unfurl into this special opportunity for uncovering awarenesses within and without

This practice is intended for you who crave a simple reset that welcomes a clarity to your being and invites everything to flow freer, softer, easier.


Class is suitable for beginners and continuing students.

All props for yoga practice are provided, however; your own eye-pillow, and yoga mat are recommended. You are welcome to bring extra blankets or pillows for comfort.

Sandhi approaches these arts as a yoga student (1993) & certified teacher of yoga (2002); was certified as an Iyengar teacher (to 2017) leaving that brand to pursue multiple disciplines of Vedic study (Yoga Alliance; E-500RYT, YACEP).

She encourages cultivating deep listening as a method for presence. Her approach to Nada Yoga (the yoga of sound) in informed from training in classical music (violin), and a professional practice in multi-media art (BFA 2004).

Her level of skill is revelaved as a traditional practicioner with modern meditations woven into a simple subtle movement & breath practice, leading toward a natural state of deeper self-awareness, the relaxation & ease in alignment, and the infinite joy of play.
