Girls Run - REAL Role Models

WE'RE BACK! Fast and Female Girls Run on Saturday, May 24 and Sunday, May 25, 2024.

Calling all self-identfying women aged 21+! Join us for a morning of girl power! The Fast and Female team is thrilled to be working with Rocky Mountain Soap Co.'s The Women's Soap Run to bring back our annual Girls Run in Canmore, AB.

RACE DETAILS:

DISTANCES: This year we will offer a 1km course and a 2.5km course for the participants!

WHEN: Saturday, May 24, from 7:30 AM - 9:30 AM and Sunday, May 25 from 8:30 AM - 10:00 AM

WHO: Self-Identified women, 21+

TENTATIVE RACE EVENT SCHEDULE:

SATURDAY, MAY 24:

• 7:30 AM - Check-in / Registration (30 minutes prior to the event)
• 7:50 AM - Welcome to Fast and Female / Introduce Role Models / Group Photo
• 8:00 AM - Warmup
• 8:15 AM - Girls Run (Distance: 1km or 2.5km)
• 8:45 AM - Inspirational Chat with Fast and Female Role Models
• 9:15 AM - Autographs & Photos
• 9:30 AM - Event Conclusion

SUNDAY, MAY 25:

• 8:30 AM - Check-in / Registration (30 minutes prior to the event)
• 8:50 AM - Welcome to Fast and Female / Introduce Role Models/ Group Photo
• 9:00 AM - Warmup
• 9:15 AM - Girls Run (Distance: 1km or 2.5km)
• 9:45 AM - Inspirational Chat with Fast and Female Role Models
• 10:15 AM - Autographs & Photos
• 10:30 AM - Event Conclusion
