Do I need to sign up for my tour of the new Emergency Department?

YES - Please sign up via the QR code to reserve your spot so you will not be disappointed. There are capacity restrictions for safety reasons.

Is there parking onsite?

Parking is available onsite however due to the expected interest in the event, overflow parking will be available at the Carleton Place Arena on Neelin St.

What can I expect when I arrive?

You will be greeted by our friendly staff and volunteers outside in a heated tent area under the ambulance bay. Once checked in, you will provide a guided tour through the new Emergency Department sharing with you all the ins and outs of the newly upgraded facility.

How long will the tour last?

Your guided tour will be approx. 30 minutes followed by an opportunity for you to mingle with staff and ask questions.

When will patient care commence?

The official first day of patient care in the new Emergency Department will be announced closer to the grand opening celebrations. Stay tuned for more details on social media, in the paper, and on our website, www.mrha.ca

Please enter via the Neelin St. Emergency Department entrance.
