Are you looking to slow down, unwind and get back into your body?

Come join me I will be guiding a free forest bathing walk at High Park.

This is a Japanese inspired practice of forest bathing. This is not a hike, we will be staying within a 1 km radius and diving deep into our senses and our relationship with nature.

I am a Certified Forest Therapy Guide in training with the Association of Nature and Forest therapy.

This will be a 1.5 hour session that will offer awareness of your senses, a deepening of your relationship with nature and co-creating a space of embodiment and wonder with community.

There is no access to cars on the weekend into High Park. There is paid parking on Bloor St and surrounding area.

We will meet in front of The Grenadier Cafe inside the park. 200 Parkside Dr. Accessible washrooms at the cafe. Please arrive 10 mins early.

Dress for cold weather.

See you in front of the Cafe.
