Explore Toronto Ravines & Parks: Reconnect & Restore Series

Step away from the daily demands and join us for a grounding hike through Toronto’s parks and ravines, designed for those who care for others. Walk amidst trees and connect with nature through gentle movement and mindfulness-based exercises. Together, we’ll reflect on the land’s First Nations heritage and the immigrant journeys that shaped it. This experience is crafted to recharge your energy, offering a mental reset while fostering a deeper connection to both nature and community—ideal for preventing burnout and reigniting focus.

This is the third walk in a four part series. Enjoy the beauty of Glen Stewart Ravine and walk down to the Beaches BoardWalk. We will have a lunch break at Kew Beach then you have the option to walk back to Glen Stewart Ravine where we started or drop-off at Queen Street East. Bring water, snacks, lunch, and wear comfortable footwear.
