Explore Toronto Ravines & Parks: Reconnect & Restore Series

Step away from the daily demands and join us for a grounding hike through Toronto’s parks and ravines, designed for those who care for others. Walk amidst trees and connect with nature through gentle movement and mindfulness-based exercises. Together, we’ll reflect on the land’s First Nations heritage and the immigrant journeys that shaped it. This experience is crafted to recharge your energy, offering a mental reset while fostering a deeper connection to both nature and community—ideal for preventing burnout and reigniting focus.

Come enjoy a walk in beautiful High Park! This is the fourth walk in a four part series. We will start at the Nature Centre and do a loop around the park exploring different habitats and gardens within the park and discussing different nature initiatives led by the Nature Centre. Wear comfortable shoes, bring water, snacks, and lunch.
