Are you ready to reconnect with your body and find peace after trauma? Join this 8-week "Healing from Trauma with Somatic Yoga" series designed to help you gently explore your body’s natural ability to heal. Through body-based, trauma-informed yoga practices, you’ll learn to release stored tension, build resilience, and support your emotional well-being.

Each week, we’ll focus on somatic (body-based) techniques that support the healing process by grounding, calming the nervous system, and fostering a sense of safety within. This series is ideal for anyone who has experienced trauma and is seeking a compassionate, mindful approach to recovery.

There aren't make-up classes. If you know that you'll miss several class a drop-in rate of 27$ is available or you can make those classes when the new series runs in January 2025
