What do I bring?

Please bring a Yoga mat or something comfortable to lie on. We have a limited number of blankets for participants. You may also want to bring a water bottle.

What do I wear?

Anything that you are comfortable in.

Where do I go?

Please check in at the Spa on the 3rd Floor. It is accessible by the south elevator. We will inform you where the event is being held and validate your parking.

What is the cost?

$25.00 plus tax. Parking validation is included in the price.

Can I get a refund?

Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds for event tickets but you can transfer your ticket to someone else the day of the event.
