💭 Workshop Overview:
For many Black women, survival has been the default setting — emotionally, financially, and mentally. This workshop is about breaking that cycle and stepping into a mindset of abundance, alignment, and self-defined worth.
Led by Tanya McHardy, a trauma-informed therapist, coach, and Registered Social Worker with over two decades of experience, this session offers a powerful space to explore how unresolved trauma impacts our ability to thrive — and how we begin to reclaim our narrative.
Through a blend of presentation and healing circle, participants will be guided to shift from scarcity and over-functioning into a mindset rooted in value, rest, and receiving.
🎯 What You’ll Experience:
- A deeper understanding of the trauma-survival-abundance spectrum
- Reflection on how self-worth shapes our money, boundaries, and belief systems
- Tools for reprogramming limiting beliefs and embracing a new normal
- Circle-based dialogue to connect, witness, and be witnessed
- An empowered reframe: “I don’t just deserve to survive — I’m worthy of abundance.”
👩🏾🤝👩🏽 Who This Is For:
