An afternoon of release and balance, cleansing and grounding your energy. A more affordable means to receive the healing benefits of Reiki.

You’ll drift off listening to a high frequency, healing soundtrack and will leave feeling relaxed, renewed, and rejuvenated.

The experience will include:

Palo Santo cleanse to open and close the ceremony
Intention setting
A guided meditation to balance our energies
Group and individual Reiki
High frequency soundtrack
Time to journal about your experience

Things to know:

bring your yoga mat, a water bottle, a journal, and your favourite crystal if you'd like
