About this event

Ready to try something new and explore altnerative ways to connect with yourself and your community?

Join us for a transformative and immersive experience that blends sound healing, meditation, community connection, and the power of collective stillness designed to nurture the well-being of Black men.

This workshop brings together the power of storytelling and sound in a purposeful practice of self-reflection, discovery, and growth.

Together, we will:

  • Connect with your inner peace: Through guided meditation, we'll cultivate a state of deep relaxation and inner stillness, allowing you to release stress and find grounding

  • Experience the transformative power of sound: Be bathed in the soothing sounds of gongs, singing bowls, and other instruments, creating a harmonic resonance that promotes healing and balance

  • Embrace the strength of brotherhood: Connect with other Black men in a safe and supportive space, fostering a sense of community and shared journey

  • Explore the power of narrative: Delve into the stories we tell ourselves and how they shape our sense of self, our relationships, and our potential

  • Challenge harmful narratives: Confront limiting beliefs and embrace empowering narratives that support Black flourishing
