Not at all! This workshop is open to everyone — no artistic skills or prior experience needed. This space is about reflection, healing, and creativity, not perfection.
A vision board is a visual representation of your goals, desires, and intentions. It can be made using magazine cutouts, affirmations, or digital images — whatever helps you visualize the life you're creating for yourself.
No, this is not therapy — but it is a healing-informed and culturally grounded workshop designed to support emotional wellness. The space is held by a trauma-aware facilitator (Tia Upshaw) with lived experience and a passion for empowerment.
That’s absolutely okay. Sharing is always optional. We honor your boundaries and invite you to participate in the way that feels safest and most aligned with your comfort.
