- How to "health-i-fy" your favourite comfort dishes
- Best practices for cooking to nourish on body, mind, soul level
- Hands on preparation of various healthified plant based comfort food dishes (see menu below)

Who's this Workshop For?
This workshop is perfect for both new and experienced chefs alike. The only requirement is to come hungry and ready to cook.
Please feel free to come solo, with a friend, a family member, or bring a special someone!

- Healthified Mac & Cheeze: featuring sourdough noodles, a melt in your mouth sweet potato cheese sauce, and a cashew parmesan crumble
- Healthified Sloppy Joe’s: featuring a mouth watering lentil tomato filling served aside a fresh greens salad
