This is a time to come home to yourself, heart and soul. We are all busy living in our minds from day to day, thinking of all the things we have to do. We rarely get to sit and be with the other, deeper parts of ourselves that are longing to be seen and heard.
With others in your community, you will have the opportunity to slow down, and to acknowledge all that you are going through at this time in your life, the heavy and the light. You will have the opportunity to release what is heavy, in a loving and supportive space, and then to be witnessed in your celebration of what is light. You will get to participate at your comfort level in grounding practices, guided meditations, and ceremony that will quiet your mind and allow your heart and your soul to show up and be heard.

Katrina Fortin is a local doula and Reiki Master, as well as the mother of two kids and a rescued 3-legged husky. Katrina has been facilitating groups and circles since 2016. She also works with people individually, as a Reiki practitioner and a Holding Space Consultant. Her gentle and grounded way of being puts folks at ease, and allows them to access the parasympathetic nervous system state of ‘rest and heal’, giving them a break from the ‘fight and flight’ response their busy lives often call for. Kianna Gabriel is a mother of two young children, a mother to a large Great Pyrenees puppy and wife to her highschool sweetheart. Kianna has facilitated tarot and tea circles, is an intuitive tarot and oracle card reader, soul activator, best-selling author, Akashic Records reader, channeler and an aspiring International retreat host and leader. With a deep connection to the divine, she guides others on their journey of coming home to self, seeing one’s true essence and guiding others through their spiritual awakening. As a circle facilitator and aspiring retreat leader, Kianna creates transformative spaces for healing, growth, and connection, helping others unlock their true potential and live their soul’s purpose.
