Have you ever wanted to share your rich internal world with others, the wisdom you've gained through life, but had no idea where to begin?


Have you been seeking to connect with like-minded individuals—those who, like you, deeply value a compassionate and intentional way of living—but have been hitting a wall?


Are you looking for a new form of self-expression, a practice to help you make sense of your experiences?


Are you searching for a supportive group to navigate life's ups and downs with, and to experience harmony and unity through witnessing each other's vulnerabilities and strengths?


Do you consider yourself a free-thinker, a creative, a seeker of truths, a feeler, a dreamer?


If your answer is yes to any of these questions, I invite you to join us virtually as we explore our internal landscapes together. This is a space for us to connect more deeply with ourselves and others on a similar path; to practice expressing ourselves, being seen and heard, and supporting one another through the magic of therapeutic journaling. Each circle includes guided journal prompts, intuitive writing, open sharing, and heartfelt discussions. Come as you are and share as much or as little as you like—there’s no pressure. Every bit of you is welcome here!


The circle currently meets online on the second Wednesday of every month, and is led by Jasmine, an experienced facilitator and Music Therapist. Let us come together to nurture our heart space, witness each other's journey and growth, and cultivate a sense of community through the written word.

Frequently asked questions

What do I need to bring to the circle?

A journal or notebook that you enjoy writing in, and a pen or pencil! A speaker or earphones/headphones are recommended, as music will be provided to stream during the writing portion to help create a calming and introspective atmosphere.

How can I prepare my space for the circle?

Create a cozy space that elicits a sense of peace and calmness; think moody lighting, soft pillows and blankets, a warm cup of tea, comfy clothings, candles or incense, etc. (imagine a self-care evening date!). Don't forget to ensure quietness and privacy to avoid disruptions!
